After seeing the life-changing
possibilities of CWJC, a men's version of the ministry was developed in
Texas. The success was great, and Christian Men's Job Corps had its birth in
Alabama on November 10, 2004, when Alabama WMU, in cooperation with
National WMU, the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions and the North
American Mission Board, hosted the first-ever National CMJC Certification
Training, resulting in four pilot sites in Alabama.
Men
